We take the quality of our products very seriously and each doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before it leaves our studio to ensure that it is in good condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to shipping, please follow these steps.
1) After receiving the doll for the first time, if there is a defect or damage, please provide your name, order number and the problem with the product as soon as possible within 24 hours via 277637100@qq.com Get in touch with us。
2) Please attach evidence (or photos or video) showing to describe the quality problem.
3) Our team will review it carefully and then will contact you as soon as possible.
4) If the problem is due to us, or if the product has any quality defects, please rest assured that we will take care of it.
Warranty claims for quality defects must be made within 30 days of product delivery. Damage caused by improper use of the product is not covered by the product warranty. (Please go ahead and complete your claim within the time we specify)
For dolls.
-All dolls come with a one-year service warranty and a limited lifetime warranty
-If your doll has any quality problems within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair the doll free of charge, excluding shipping costs. We will also cover the cost of all parts replacement.
– After one year of purchase, we will still repair the doll for free, but you will be responsible for shipping and parts replacement costs (if any).
-All AI dolls come with free lifetime software upgrades.
-The warranty will be voided if the claim is invalid.
For accessories.
Due to the nature of our products, all accessory sales are final.
Cancellations and Refunds.
Before we ship any product, it goes through several stages of quality checks. Our aim is to provide our customers with only the best quality products. After you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order, if you change your mind or accidentally place an order, please contact us within 6 hours and we will gladly process a refund, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your total order amount (we have to do this because our payment processor will charge us even if the transaction is cancelled)
The sex doll products sold through twiceperson.com are customized for each buyer. Therefore, the following are refunds and returns for any product purchased by a buyer.
Sex dolls are custom products made exclusively for buyers and our factory operates 24/7. Once you place an order, the order information is automatically sent to the factory after 6 hours, and our staff will immediately start producing your doll for shipment as soon as possible. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been accepted at the factory.
If the customer insists on canceling the order before shipping, otherwise the seller will be charged a restocking fee which is 50% of the product order value. twiceperson.com will refund the buyer the amount paid minus the restocking fee, (restocking fee: in the form of the buyer’s original payment and other costs that may be incurred, such as labor, design fees, mold material fees, processing fees, makeup and transaction fees)
Cancellation of orders after shipment is not possible

Returns.
We are unable to offer exchanges or returns for dolls that have already been manufactured/shipped. Because there are multiple issues such as hygiene, so after receiving the product, be sure to check the doll’s first time and give us timely feedback. After the product is shipped to the buyer, that is the end of the sale and may not be canceled or returned for any reason. Please understand that this is a normal practice in the sex doll industry.
Delayed or Lost Refunds
